Joining the LAG

LAS Bogastvo podeželja cordially invites new members!

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

The following individuals can join the LAG Bogastvo podeželja:

• an adult natural person who has a permanent residence in the LAG area,
• a legal entity that has a registered office, registered branch, subsidiary, organizational unit or business unit in the LAG area,
• a legal entity under public law operating in the LAG area or
• a legal entity under private law in the public interest operating in the LAG area.

MEMBERSHIP PROCEDURE

A person who wishes to become a member of the LAG Bogastvo podeželja submits an accession statement to the lead partner in which he declares that he accedes to this contract and accepts the rights and obligations of LAG members.

MEMBERSHIP FEE

Membership in the contractual partnership LAG Bogastvo padeželja is subject to an annual membership fee. For the civil sector (associations, individuals, etc.), the membership fee is 50,00 EUR, for the public and commercial sector (including farms with supplementary activities) 100,00 EUR. For municipalities, the fee is 1,30 EUR per inhabitant of the municipality.

LAG MEMBERS HAVE THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS:

• to vote and be elected to the bodies of the LAG,
• to vote at the Assembly,
• to propose matters for consideration by the LAG bodies,
• to submit an initiative or question regarding the work and operations of the LAG and receive an answer,
• to participate in the preparation, amendment and implementation of the Local Development Strategy,
• to pursue their interests related to the objectives of the LAG and
• to be informed about the work and operations of the LAG.

LAG MEMBERS HAVE THE FOLLOWING OBLIGATIONS:

• to respect this contract, other general acts of the LAG and decisions of the LAG bodies,
• to ensure, within their capabilities, the material conditions for the operation of the LAG and for the implementation of the Local Development Strategy,
• to regularly pay the membership fee in the amount determined by the Assembly,
• to inform the LAG of any change in their contact details,
• to be responsible for the obligations of the LAG that arose after the day they became members of the LAG,
• to provide the LAG with information necessary for the implementation of jointly agreed tasks,
• to refrain from actions that would in any way harm or could harm the interests of the LAG or its members and
• to protect the reputation of the LAG.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Membership in the LAG ceases:

• by the withdrawal of a member, if the member submits a written exit statement from the LAG to the lead partner with a notice period of three months,
• based on a decision of the Management Board, if the member no longer meets the conditions,
• by exclusion based on a decision of the Management Board, if the member fails to fulfill his obligations to the LAG despite a written warning and an additional deadline, or if he grossly violates the provisions of this contract, other general acts of the LAG or decisions of the LAG bodies, or if his actions or omissions cause or could cause material damage to the LAG or its members,
• by the death or termination of the member.
