prisotnosti, potni nalogi, ra\u010duni, dobavnice, naro\u010dilnice ipd.), ki nastanejo tekom izvajanja projekta skrbno shranite na enem mestu. Ne pozabite tudi na ustrezno ozna\u010devanje sofinanciranja z logotipi in plakati, tablami kjer je to potrebno.<\/p><p>V primeru nabave opreme (npr. stroji, pohi\u0161tvo ipd.), materialov ve\u010dje vrednosti (opeka, gramoz, les ipd.), izgradnje infrastrukture, izvedbe delavnic itd. poskrbite za ustrezno dokumentiranje tega s fotografijami. Kjer je to smiselno se naj naredijo fotografije pred in po investiciji (npr. ureditev poti, prostora ipd.).<\/p><p>Stro\u0161ki vezani na izvedbo projekta se morajo voditi na lo\u010denem stro\u0161kovnem mestu.<\/p><p>Podatke glede odobrenih stro\u0161kov, vi\u0161ino odobrenega sofinanciranega zneska, rok za kon\u010danje projekta in oddajo zahtevka za izpla\u010dilo najdete v odlo\u010dbi o dodelitvi sredstev operacije, ki ste jo prejeli s strani ARSKTRP. Prav tako upo\u0161tevajte vse zapisano v va\u0161i vlogi projekta, da bodo izvedene vse projektne aktivnosti v celoti (nabavljena vsa oprema, izvedene vse delavnice in dogodki ipd.).<\/p><p>V \u010dasu trajanja projekta je mo\u017eno vlo\u017eiti dvakrat spremembo operacije, pri \u010demer mora biti ta tudi ustrezno utemeljena.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Navodila in promocijski material in podobno uporabite logotip sklada za sofinanciranje.<\/p><p>Hkrati se uporabi tudi logotip LAS Bogastvo pode\u017eelja.<\/p><p>Nosilec operacije kot morebitni projektni partnerji morajo, v kolikor imajo aktivno poslovno stran, imeti na njej objavljen opis projekta skupaj z ozna\u010dbo logotipa sklada z aktivno povezavo nanj.<\/p><p>Ta obveznost velja od Zahtevek za izpla\u010dilo vlaga in oddaja LAS Bogastvo pode\u017eelja. Kot upravi\u010denec in nosilec operacije ste nam dol\u017eni posredovati celotno projektno dokumentacijo, ki je pomembna za uspe\u0161no in pravo\u010dasno oddajo zahtevka. Enako velja za va\u0161e morebitne projektne partnerje. Praviloma nosilec operacije zbira dokumentacijo za celotno projektno partnerstvo, ki jo ta nato posreduje LAS Bogastvo pode\u017eelja.<\/p><p>Zahtevek se oddaja v celoti v elektronski obliki, zato nam lahko projektno dokumentacijo po\u0161ljete v elektronski obliki (skeni) na na\u0161 e-mail. V kolikor so datoteke preobse\u017ene lahko uporabite spletne aplikacije kot je npr. wetransfer. Originalov ne potrebujemo.
