obmo\u010dju LAS. Izjemoma se lahko projekt, ki ne vsebuje nalo\u017ebe, izvaja tudi v naseljih z ve\u010d kakor 10.000 prebivalci, \u010de tak\u0161en projekt koristi razvoju obmo\u010dja LAS.\u00a0<\/li><li>Aktivnosti promocije so upravi\u010dene tudi zunaj obmo\u010dja LAS na celotnem obmo\u010dju Republike Slovenije.<\/li><li>Upravi\u010deni stro\u0161ki posameznega projekta ne smejo biti financirani z drugimi javnimi sredstvi.<\/li><li>Upravi\u010denec, vklju\u010den v izvajanje projekta, ki je pravna oseba ali samostojni podjetnik posameznik, od vlo\u017eitve vloge za odobritev projekta vodi lo\u010deno ra\u010dunovodstvo v skladu z ra\u010dunovodskimi standardi, na primer lo\u010deno stro\u0161kovno mesto ali lo\u010dene ustrezne ra\u010dunovodske konte. V primeru uporabe poenostavljenih oblik stro\u0161kov se na lo\u010denem stro\u0161kovnem mestu projekta knji\u017eijo le prihodki oziroma prilivi, medtem ko stro\u0161kov (izdatkov), ki se nana\u0161ajo in popla\u010dujejo iz prejetih sredstev, ni treba evidentirati na stro\u0161kovnem mestu projekta.\u00a0<\/li><li>Projekt mora biti izveden v skladu s prijavljeno vsebino, ki jo odobri ARSKTRP in podro\u010dnimi predpisi.<\/li><li>Projekt mora biti izveden najpozneje v treh letih od pravnomo\u010dnosti odlo\u010dbe o pravici do sredstev, ki jo izda ARSKTRP, vendar najpozneje do 31. avgusta 2029.<\/li><li>Projekt ne sme biti fizi\u010dno zaklju\u010den ali v celoti izveden pred izdajo odlo\u010dbe o pravici do sredstev za sklad EKSRP, ki jo izda glede na vi\u0161ino prejetih sredstev \u2013 prejem sredstev ozna\u010diti z obveznimi elementi ozna\u010devanja, in sicer na svoji spletni strani, dru\u017ebenih medijih in v dokumentih in komunikacijskem gradivu, namenjenih javnosti.<\/p><p>Za projekte LEADER, ki presegajo v vrednosti nad 10.000 EUR javnih sredstev, morajo zavezanci za ozna\u010devanje na javnosti vidnem mestu (npr. vhodnem delu stavbe) z obveznimi elementi ozna\u010devanja ozna\u010diti svojo operacijo tudi s plakati, ozna\u010devalnimi tablami ali elektronskimi prikazovalniki.<\/p><p>Ozna\u010ditev vira sofinanciranja se namesti na vidnem mestu na enega od naslednjih na\u010dinov:<\/p><ul><li>na lokaciji izvajanja operacije ali<\/li><li>na sede\u017eu zavezanca za ozna\u010devanje.<\/li><\/ul><p>Uporabiti je treba ustrezne uradne predloge. kon\u010dne gradbene situacije, potrjene s strani upravi\u010denca, izvajalca in nadzornika del, v primeru gradnje ali pogodba z zunanjim izvajalcem;<\/li><li>konto kartica izdajatelja ra\u010duna v primeru, da iz dokazila ni razviden sklic pla\u010dila;<\/li><li>datumsko in lokacijsko ozna\u010dene fotografije objekta pred gradnjo kot tudi med samimi fazami in po zaklju\u010dku gradnje, s katerimi se izkazuje izvedbo nalo\u017ebe in popis del in stro\u0161kov, ki so nastali v okviru izvedene nalo\u017ebe;<\/li><li>datumsko in lokacijsko ozna\u010dene fotografije za nalo\u017ebe v skrito opremo v \u010dasu vgradnje in tehni\u010dna dokumentacija te opreme;<\/li><li>dokumentacijo, predpisano skladno z gradbenim zakonom: pravnomo\u010dno uporabno dovoljenje, \u010de je tako predpisano z gradbenim zakonom, in zahtevku za izpla\u010dilo sredstev prilo\u017eiti projektno dokumentacijo izvedenih del (PID), na podlagi katere je bilo izdano uporabno
